I'm wondering why use the lock at all if it doesn't lock.
This is really simple for UI. Lock means lock.
Maybe I am missing something I don't know about ?
This is, for me, the only long lasting issue that doesn't seem to be solved or solvable.

This is really frustrating. A lock layer should simply be...locked and you can,t edit anything.
It happens to me that by mistake I erased a small portion of a "locked" layer and then I work on another layer and
discover down the line my erased "locked" layer.
Locked means locked!

This is really frustrating. A lock layer should simply be...locked and you can,t edit anything.
It happens to me that by mistake I erased a small portion of a "locked" layer and then I work on another layer and
discover down the line my erased "locked" layer.
Locked means locked!

Black box is simply so I can see the font.
I don't use the black box.
Font: Rollerscript.
And yes I did tweak it so they don't touch as noted by @walt.farrell.

I did try it before but it didn't seem to work.
Opened my file again and it works.
As they say...human error.

At the moment I create a brush set for every project.

At the moment it hasn't't come back. It solved the issue.
It does come back once in a while so I will check what I am doing.
If I can recreate it I will send it.

I have just checked every layer. Nothing special.
All layers fit in the design so there are no big images outside the selection.I don't really know why this is going on.
Since I have found a workaround I will just leave it.
I don't have any problems with other files.

I tried with Lanczos3 and it works very well. I am upscaling but not to an exagerated size.

I would like to scale a layer or a layer group to the same %.
For example: scaling layers to 80%.
How do I do this. I can't find any windows related to this.
I can select and then drag but I would like to enter a value so all the layers get
the same value.
I can select the layer and use the transform window but there are no percentage options.

What I would find really usefull is being able to see what brush was used for a stroke.
Can we allready see this?
I am trying to find which brush was used on a stroke in AFD.
I can select the stroke in the layers but it won't tell me which brush.
I know I should have noted it but there...

Indeed, at least I can see the stroke which will help me track it down.
