[Slow Update in App Store]

Thank you for the welcome.

 

I have logged out and logged back in.  I have also restarted my computer multiple times. I still can't seem to download the program (tops out at 10.2/138 MB over what seems to be 30 minutes and then resets to 0).

I tested my internet speed and it is more than adequate (50mbps/5mbps).

I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

 

Any other suggestions?

Hello all.

 

I just tried updating to the latest affinity designer version in the app store.  Unfortunately, the download is horrendously slow and stops around 10MB before restarting from 0.  Is anyone else having similar problems?  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch but the same problem is occuring.  I'm a bit helpless without a workable program ..
