After upgrading to macOS 12.3.1 the problem is gone.

My version is from the App Store (Sandboxed). I have reviewed the FAQ, I have 347 active fonts and tried to disable recent elements without luck 😔. The Save As Package dialog works well. On my macbook, where I have the same fonts and the same designer version all works as intended.

I had this problem too. Happens only on my iMac but no on my Macbook. Clicks on the save dialog don't work, only ESC key close the dialog. macOS: 12.3 Screen Recording 2022-03-29 at 12.49.23.mov
