I can move it perfectly fine left/right. But up and down still jumps a row. Even with pressing alt/option..

Hi all! I'm usually working with adobe, but have to do a job on publisher. I have the problem that text blocks always jump a whole unit when I move them, rather than just moving by point. Is there any option to tick on, that allows me to move text blocks freely? Big thanks in advance! Lorenz
