Guys,
I found the cause. This was coming from Mac's os update. I currently use Japanese and English keyboard, but Apple has changed the specification of Japanese keyboard setting with Roma-ji, and that was the problem. I had to make an additional setting to make Affinity Designer to accept Japanese keyboard "with Roma-ji"so that it can deal with JA inputs without errors. Thanks guys for your support. You certainly helped me make clear things to do.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
If you have hidden it by accident just press ⇧ (shift) + ⌘ (cmd) + H or go to menu View ▹ Studio and uncheck Hide Studio to get it back.
If nothing works then doing a Reset as Callum suggested will do it (note you may lose your interface customisations).

Welcome to the forums :)
If you go to View > Studio > Reset Studio it should reset the layout back to defaults which will bring back all of the windows you are missing. I hope this helps :)
