I've tried all morning but what I have managed to get was a crappy image.... selecting the body and placed it on a transparent matte... I don't like how it looks...

Hello all! I need a bit of guidance, please. I am very new in working with this Affinity Photo and I would like to correct an image. I had a photo session (I am photographer) and once I took a look over the captures I noticed that in some of the photos I have some unwanted elements. How could I remove the things marked with red ink on the crop, please? If someone knows how to do it, please let me know. A step-by-step instructions will do the job... Thank you in advance!
