  1. Hi @basicallyvangogh As this is an old thread and the tagged issue is resolved could you make a new post with your issue here.
  2. Hi @Bregelad Thanks for your report, I've passed this along to the devs for investigation.
  3. Hi @JEBL I cannot reproduce this myself. Are you using the latest release build? Could you also provide a screen recording of your issue please.
  4. Thanks @nicolas7 I can reproduce both the issues mentioned with Text Wrapping enabled. I've logged this with the devs for investigation.
  5. Thanks @Paul Mudditt It looks like this is not the issue I previously tagged so I've corrected that. @brothertcoleman This seems to be working fine for me, could you restart the app and see if that resolves it.
  6. Hi @Paul Mudditt Are you pasting text or an object in your example? The issue I've tagged is related to copying objects, e.g. shapes, frames, pixel layers etc.
  7. As this is not beta specific and you already have another thread about this issue, where a member of tech support has responded. This forum/thread is not the correct place for any additional updates about this non-beta specific problem. To avoid any further confusion with ongoing multiple threads about the same issue, I am locking this thread. Any additional updates or comments can be added to your original post.
  8. Hi @Jurgen van Leyen Please could you not make a duplicate post about the same issue. If you have any additional updates or comments to make they can be added to your original post where @stokerg has replied to you.
  9. Hi @Luca H The bug here is that the Gutter field is ignoring the Decimal Places for Unit Types setting and will always display to 3 decimal points. I have reported this to the dev team. In regard to the issue in your video, could you provide a copy of the file so I can take a closer look please.
  10. Hi @Huei Please could you make a new thread about your issue in the relevant bug section and someone from Tech Support will be able to assist you with it.
  11. Hi @Hangman I've been able to reproduce this, after selecting 'Make Copy' when opening the legacy file. I'll get this logged up.
  12. @anto as per your other post, this issue still occurs on MacBooks in the current beta build 2.4.0.2294. I've updated the bug ticket to reflect this. The issue is still under investigation currently, when this is fixed, you will see a comment here from @Serif Info Bot advising you it has been fixed and in which build number.
  13. Hi @anto Please could you not make a duplicate post about the same issue. If you have any additional updates or comments to make they can be added to your original post. As @Gabe mentioned in your other post, this issue was reopened after it was found to still be reproducible on MacBooks. It is still under investigation currently, when this is fixed, you will see a comment on your original post from @Serif Info Bot advising you it has been fixed and in which build number.
  14. @Bit Dissapointed We have found this only seems to occur if the panel is floating. If the panel is docked then re-floated at any point in the session then the issue does not seem reoccur until the next time a session is started with the panel floating.
  15. Hi @aji The two lines both have a rotation of 0° when first drawn, as shown in the transform panel. If you rotate one of the lines then use the Make Same rotation function. You'll see they both end up with the same rotation relative to its bounding box.
  16. Hi @loukash The issue has been passed over to the devs to be looked into. I am unable to give interim updates on how an investigation is progressing or a time scale on when it will be fixed. However when it is, you will see a comment on your this post from @Serif Info Bot advising you it has been fixed and in which build number.
  17. Hi @ronnyb Please could you not make duplicate threads about the same issue. Any additional comments can be added to your original post I am unsure where you were told this issue has been fixed as it is currently still under investigation. Would you mind highlighting where this is? When this is fixed, you will see a comment on your original post from @Serif Info Bot advising you it has been fixed and in which build number.
  18. Hi @ronnyb This sounds like the same issue you've reported here. If so, could you continue the discuss in that thread, where there's an unanswered question from @Dan C
  19. I have hidden some replies to this thread. Please remember our forum guidelines when posting, such as:

  21. Hi @philipt18 Did you also get your document into the same state of having overlapping text frames, by moving a single page on a document with facing pages? If so then I can replicate that and will get it logged up.
  22. Hi @philipt18 Could you provide a copy of the file so we can take a look
