Hi @nwendt welcome to the forums,
A simple way to confirm if your data merge crash issue relates to the Windows updates is to open any of the apps and then try and entering text into the font selection box, if your software crashes this will indicate the problem update/issue is present on your system.
If you are experiencing the crash when following the above it could be KB5020613 on your updates list, so I would initially suggest removing this one, rebooting and then checking if the font box crash is fixed.
We should have an update available soon for V1 which should address this issue (as stated on the newspost below) and will remove the need to uninstall any updates, however I can't give an ETA when this will be.

Many thanks to all for providing additional detail on this issue, I've now been able to replicate this and confirmed that both JPEG and TIFF files only display the final keyword when opened in V2 across all platforms, Interestingly .PNG does work however it re-orders them incorrectly.
This has now all been logged with the developers for resolution. 🙂

Regarding your issue with adding mask child layers to adjustments adding to the top of the stack, this is an issue currently logged against V2 with the developers, I've added your report for consideration.
There is also an open issue regarding the missing right click options on adjustment layers, such as the 'Mask to below' option so I've also bumped it with this thread's report on this issue.

Did you install all three via the mac app store and did you previously have V1 installed?
Additionally, is Designer v2 synced with your iCloud Drive? This can be checked under System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud Drive On (Click This) > Options

I can confirm I've been able to replicate your issue, after stripping down your file it looks like it's the perspective filter that's causing the issue. I've now logged it with the developers. 🙂

Hi @satopian welcome to the forums,
I have a couple of queries on your issue:
- Does this happen no matter which brush pack is used or does it happen when switching between any two brushes?
- Does this only happen when you're switching between brushes on your tablet?
As stated on the help guide below the apps don't officially support non-Wacom tablets, however that doesn't necessarily mean that they should not function at all.

I'll see if I can get access to a similar tablet model to yours and replicate, however it may not be possible without your exact environment setup and tablet/driver.

Does disabling Hardware Acceleration (in Preferences > Performance) and resetting the app make a difference?
Also, does this freeze after changing print settings occur on new documents or is it file specific? It would also be beneficial if you could provide a screen recording which demonstrates the issue, I've linked a help guide below on how to screen record.

Hi @HarryMcGovern,
I've replicated your issue with grid display not being retained on all three apps however I was not able to replicate an issue with it not saving the grid settings on 2.02, when I set my grid settings up and then back out of an editing session, when I go back in my grid display has gone, but when re-enabled it then shows my original grid setup.
I've now logged the issue with the developers.

We do currently have an issue logged with the developers which relates to zooming in on the canvas in pixel view mode, however it would be beneficial if you could try and capture the crash on a screen recording and provide us with a crash report in case this relates to a different/unknown issue.

I can re-produce the stuttering/flickering with G-Sync enabled on my monitor, so I've raised this with the developers on V2.

Thanks for uploading your files,
After enabling 'Import PSD smart objects where possible' under Preferences > General, both V1 and V2 have successfully imported the perspective live filter from your file on both Mac and Windows.
Your V2 screenshot indicates this is not enabled as it shows the 'Place your Design here' as a pixel layer rather than an embedded layer.
After enabling this in V2 and restarting, try importing your .PSD file again.

As per my previous post, this issue with 16 bit rendering to display in Photo is currently logged with the developers, I can't provide an ETA on when this will be fixed as it is not in my direct control.

Hi @pquadrat,
Many thanks for providing detail on your issue along with your file. Evidently something has gone wrong during the masking process as after highlighting the mask layer on Page 1 it shows the Mask layer off in the pasteboard area and the layers panel does not indicate that the content on the page has been detached/modified in any way when compared to the master page.
However, after deleting the mask layer on the master page and following your workflow again, i've not been able to replicate this issue yet, as after drawing out my selection in the Photo persona > Refine > New Layer with Mask this then correctly updates with a correctly positioned mask on the associated pages.
If possible, I'd like to request if you could provide us with a screen recording which demonstrates the issue in case i've missed something key during this process. I can provide a private upload link if needed.
