  1. Hi @Thomas32, If you want us to look into your PDF export issue, please provide me with a copy of your .afpub file which resulted in the error on export and advise what Export Preset/settings were used. I can provide a private upload link if needed.
  2. Hi @Schnak, This is an issue that has been previously logged with the developers, i've bumped the issue with your report.

  10. I believe Mike's referring to converting the two Warp Group Layer(s) to curves, this will convert them to normal groups but the child layers now take on the warped perspective. You can then re-apply the Blend Mode and Opacity values to the two Group layers and export to PDF, this should then prevent the issue from happening on the final PDF file, I've attached your file below (With History) where i've already done this for reference along with the PDF result. Warp Groups converted to Curves.afpub PDF (For Export) Result.pdf
  11. Hi @Matthias, I've logged this example of warp groups failing on PDF export with the developers.
  12. Hi @Thomahawk@loukash, Many thanks for providing detail on this, i've replicated the shortcut warn issue on 2.0.3 and have updated the issue with the details of this report.
  13. Hi @JPolk, Apologies for the late reply, It sounds like your local styles file has become corrupted and will need resetting in order to restore the ability to import additional assets and access the default styles, could you try following the below: Reboot your iPad Launch Designer 2, whilst it is loading on the splash/start screen quickly double tap anywhere on the screen If Successful, it will prompt a 'Clear User Data' menu, check 'Reset Object Style' and Press 'Reset' If you go back to FX > Styles, Default styles should now have been restored, this should also be the case with Photo, if not repeat these steps but for Photo 2. You should now be able to import Styles again.
  14. Hi @mattjabbar, This is an issue currently logged with the development team, i've now bumped it with your report.
  15. Hi @nobduck Thanks for coming back to me, I have since found another user with an identical problem to yours, it appears to be caused by a user environment specific issue on Mac to do with the most recent documents list (MRU.dat) causing the crashes. Unfortunately the only feasible workaround currently for this is to use an alternate Mac user, I've since collated and logged this issue with the developers for further investigation. I'll get back to you once I get any further information.
  17. Hi @ashf, Could you possibly create separate posts for these issues along with an accompanying file which demonstrates the issue? We'll then get back to you as soon as possible. Many thanks 🙂
  18. I would highly recommend creating a separate thread for your issue with the apps crashing giving as much detail as possible on the issue as well as your system specs along with crash reports, we will then get back to you as soon as possible. I can see that you've created a separate bug post regarding this, we'll look into this as soon as we can. Please be aware as we’re approaching Christmas we have limited staff working so it may take some time.
  19. Thanks for clarifying @SonySean, I have moved the thread over to Photo 2 bugs as you had originally posted this in Designer 2 bugs. The files on my previous dropbox link are all .JPEG (not RAW) files which are opening as expected after I've saved a few of them into Apple Photos and then opened them from Photos in Aff Photo 2. Could you provide me with a file which has caused this error to the below new dropbox link? https://www.dropbox.com/request/sRazIRrneCvvHdisGW5U Additionally, have you tried copying/saving one of these files over to a location in Files and then opening the file in Photo 2 from files for comparison?
  20. Hi @SonySean, Apologies, I hadn't realised that you had uploaded to my dropbox link, i've confirmed the files are opening correctly on Designer iPad, as expected for standard .JPEG files. I believe the issue is caused by the location your images are stored in, as I had missed the fact that you mentioned these images are stored on the camera rather than saved locally on the iPad (Try saving an image to a local iPad location and opening it in designer to confirm this, such as files). I'll raise this internally to confirm whether or not this should be possible to open images on iPad directly from this camera, but could you first clarify how you are reading the images off of the camera, is this a USB to SD card reader or something else completely? Any additional details you can provide along with screenshots would be great.
  21. Hi @SBimages, Version 2.0.3 has now been released which should have resolved this issue, I would suggest updating Photo from the App store and then trying the Colour on the Lens filter adjustment again.
  22. Many thanks for providing me with the files, I've been able to replicate this with your embedded file (even after changing the resources to linked) and I've now logged this with the developers.
  23. Hi @Intuos5, Many thanks for providing detail, i've been able to replicate this on Windows and i've now logged this with the developers. 🙂
  24. Hi @jmliss, I've also just confirmed this issue is fixed in the latest Publisher/Photo beta builds, available below.
