Yes Context Toolbar is turned on. Now can't see Data Merge Layout tool. -

I am creating a document to print name badges on a Win 10 PC. When I generate the merge the fields the first field is correct, but the next field is from a record 4 down the list as is the 3rd field. What is happening and how do I fix it?
