[Avoid changing number inputs with mouse scrolling]

We had this problem here too on a Windows machine. Some user did some insidious changes by mistake just by scrolling. One has to be very careful when scrolling through the sidebar to not hit any input boxes.

 

We would really appreciate if this scroll-to-change-value behaviour could be deactivated in the settings (here especially Publisher) individually. This should be small effort for the programmers but help many users who struggle with it.
