[Why is a template I downloaded from your app not possible to export?]

Guess this is on me, although I am curious how many others have failed into that trap and wasted hours...

"Walt Farrell - what do you mean if I have registered Affinity Publisher? I bought it from the App store. What more do I need to do?

For someone who works as product manager in other software company I find all those first you need this, then you can do that, quite confusing. Is "ease of use" used in Affinity?

I have downloaded a template (not sure how to call it) from your app on my Mac. However it is not possible to export it, save it, publish it or do anything else with it. Can you please explain why this is so? The file is called "Gemini brochure"
