  1. Thanks for prompt reply, I had looked in there but didn't understand the options, have now made a change and it works fine.
  2. In the photo persona when I add an adjustment layer instead of it being added above the pixel layer the system makes the pixel layer a parent and adds the adjustment layer as a child. I have searched preferences but cannot see where I may have changed a setting that would cause this feature. I am using version 2 on a PC.
  3. Hello all, I am also experiencing the same issue with trying to register Affinity Photo which I purchased over a week ago, same message but the application seems to run Ok once past the opening welcome screen. will look forward to seeing the fix.
  4. Thanks for prompt and excellent reply. Problem solved by resizing the window via the icon in the task bar. Had also tried the 'Open CL' suggestion but this didn't work and have save the link to the online help pages as a back up. Thanks again for the help.
  5. Have just purchased and installed Affinity Photo on my Windows desktop PC so I am just starting the journey from Photoshop to Affinity. The application opens fine and so far seems to operate as expected and I have started the embedded tutorials, however, when I try to access the embedded help via (F1) or menu stricture a help page does not open. An icon does appear in the task bar and when I hover over it the icon expands but shows a blank thumbnail and if I click on the icon the desktops is displayed. I have tried rerunning the installation program and its repair procedure, I have restarted the program and performed a cold boot of the PC but still the help files do not appear. Any help would be appreciated.
