I found all the tool, and studo went to view , press studio, then re set and is now good.

How do I rest my toosl when working with affinity photo on my mac. I up dated my software and the tools did show up when I open to work on a new photos. This happen once before but I can' remember what I did to get my tools back. I alway have he tools showing when I work on a photo and the tool are not there.

Can I go to view menu and press studio to get rest studio? Is that my working place? Rita

I thought I could go to factory reset because I open up my affinity one morning and the interface was all gone the tools and the menu bar, and the studio panels, and the document view they were all over the place how do I get the working place back to all in one place. Maybe I don't need to reset the factory but I want the working place to be all together. How you can understand what I am typing.

No only one monitor, but when I go to finder Affinity app doesn't light up so I go to where all my application are on my compture and I press that app. ?? Rita

I have a Mac and I have tried that to hold down Ctr key and click the app icon to start it and I held it for about 15 mins, but it still will not open the information. I watch the U tube and did what you said and no luck. so now what??? Rita

How to do a factory reset? I press the control key and the affinity app and it will not open to reset the program/ What do I do now.?? Rita
