Can someone point me to this answer. I have just bought a new computer and spellchecking a 240 page book is going to be a nightmare. Thank you.

I just found this and it is a GREAT hint! I have a 9 chapter book and in an hour I was able to clean up all my text and paragraph styles! It worked GREAT!
