Does not open files already created 2 weeks ago ... This is what I get and then I have to Force Quit the application.

OB I have been working on this file since January 2022. It has sat in my Documents folder on my laptop. I was working on it today when it suddenly closed. I then moved it to icloud. Then I moved it to Desktop. Then I moved it to harddrive. I am the only admin.

The file was on my hard drive and I was working on the file. I moved it to icloud to see if could open there. There is a copy on the desktop which I have now tried to open - see the result attached. What does 'this file type' mean?

Please see attachment. I must recover the document. Has been working on it since I purchased Designer through Apple. Bought Designer and Photo yesterday, and today this happens. Please help.
