The directory is empty. It's look like affinity do not start until the report generating. For your understanding, actually affinity photo do not start it's the same for Capture One. The process do not still hanging. I try uninstall and install again many time on this 2 applications. I installed C1 only for see if the application is good, now I'm sure is not For trouble shooting and keep to use my affinity, I installed a VM machine with windows 11 and Affinity work fine.

I saw this issue? I try to rename the folder or/and the file, but this do not solve the issue. It's seems, it's not the same fault. Note capture one and affinity photo do not work .... it's very weird ....

Hello expert, During few weeks every thing work fine ( I'm new user). Yesterday I installed capture one 22, and now my Affinity photo doesn't launch. I remove Capture one, I remove affinity photo. I install again affinity photo but still do not work. I try reboot, rename the "AppData\Roaming\Affinity" and install again. After one day to try many thing I close to the suicide Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909 build 18363.2037 HP Elitebook 850 G5 32GB Intel core i7-8650U Affinity : 1.10.4.1198 Thanks for your help !
