as an affinity product an affinity animator software would be welcome. a competitor to adobe after effects .
My suggestion is to bring aboard companies to co create the app (together they will make a superior product than standalone ). 
The following are examples of companies with animation softwares at reasonable prices with features that if all put together would be a great app:
