[Programm Pictures as Wallpaper?]

Dear Support,

 

this is a really specific not normal question. In the Apple Mac App Store 

you have some screenshots from the Affinity Designer. In this Screenshots 

there are some amazing and really colorful pictures in the program. I attached a

screenshot from the Apple Mac App Store. Is it 

possible to get this pictures in High-Resolution to use them as a wallpaper? 

I really like the pictures :P, but i´m very bad at photo editing. So I could never do

something like that by myself.
