    Ok, thanks! I deactivated Acceleration (Metal Compute) and for now it seems to work just fine.

    Designer crashes randomly when selecting tools or (and this always) when I want to activate anything under "View/Studio/...". OS is Monterey, Computer a latest 14" MacBook Pro with M1 Pro. Would be nice if anyone could help me on this. Thanks.
