  1. Unfortunately my trial has expired and I cannot test the method. As soon as there is an offer for AD I will take it and test it again. Anyway, thank you for the information. If I can, I wanted to get AD feedback from you. Personally, being used to Illustrator I perceived AD more as a drawing software rather than for the creation of logos and mockups. I believe AD still has to grow a lot to compete with AI. Obviously it is just my very personal impression using AD in the test days and I absolutely do not want to disrespect the developers who are constantly working to improve the software.
  2. No, it's an Illustrator tool, the correct name I think it's live Paint Bucket. It is used to quickly paint the illustrations and for the creation of complex logos with the use of grids. I post a demonstration video to color an illustration and one to create a logo with the use of illustrator grids using the Live Paint Bucket tool obviously. 3. I have seen that there are various ways to paint the paths, but it would be appreciated if there was live painting.
  4. Also I cannot use the SVG format with Bitmap and it does not give me the possibility to prepare the position of the pattern.
  5. It's a nice method, but it's not what I was looking for. Unfortunately there are not the same settings as the illustrator tool and I also noticed that it does not respect the distances with the original composition. When exporting to PDF the pattern is not rendered and I had to rasterize it to view it. Bitmap.pdf
  6. I wish there was the Pattern Maker tool like in Illustrator to be able to create custom patterns. I'll post an adobe link to get the idea. https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/create-edit-patterns.html
  7. Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunately I tried to change the values in the transform panel, but to no avail. To remove the various empty spaces, I had to manually change the individual anchors. Coming from 3 years with Illustrator the differences are noticeable, but I am convinced that within the next 5 years Affinity Designer can compete with Illustrator by fixing bugs of this kind and implementing many of the Adobe Illustrator tools that are truly indispensable to be able to work in graphics.
  8. I am testing the program to see if it is suitable for my needs. During the various tests I noticed several bugs including spaces left empty when I divide circles on top of each other. I will place the sequence in a PDF document exported with Affinity Designer. Zooming in you will see on the final result page some empty spaces between the circles. Bug.pdf
