Huge File Size?

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

tried to resize a image in affinity pretty simple thing, you would of thought

Sizing it down to 90by90 pixels

Its coming out at 226kb I need it to be 90kb max?
