- Flood Select Tool with tolerance = 0, uncheck Contiguous, click to image pixel with single specific color (not just white), Delete.
- set desired/another color, Flood Fill Tool with tolerance = 0, uncheck Contiguous, click to image pixel with single specific color (not just white).
