@Carl123 Thank you for your answer. I read what you wrote in another case and so I renamed the folder with the linked files. But the document still won't open. It would be great if you - or someone else here - had an idea how to repair the document. I will upload it here immediately. The error message seems to happen often. "The document is corrupted and the file needs to be closed". I work on the Mac desktop under Big Sur 11.6 and use Affinity Publisher version 1.10.4. Familie 2020_neu.afpub

Sorry, I hope here's anyone who can help me. I can't open my photo book (130 pages). It seems the document is corrupted. I've worked for weeks ... what can I do???? The file is saved on the local disk under Big Sur 11.6. do I have a chance to restore the book?? Help please!!!
