editing an imported image to get cutlines

CoopLoops posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi first post I'm working on a project of mine where I'm trying to get this image ready to run threw a industrial printer. I was told I needed to turn the image to vector format and create cut lines for the printer. Any advise?
