Thank you Psenda and Carl123, that erase tool worked great! This is for a friend of mine. There are 12 children in the family and the one daughter was not in the photo that day so I tried to insert her as best I can. The mother just had her 95th birthday! And this is photo will be a Christmas gift for her. 

One more question, can you provide the steps to make the inserted girl's skin tone lighten up? I'm a newbe and almost finished with this! Thanks again. Both are life savers and will make a family very happy this holiday as all these people in photo live scattered. ~Marie

Hello, first time using Affinity Photo which was great fun! And I got the sister inserted into the family photo, however I am pretty much done with the photo edits and I see a dotted edge line from layer right down middle of man in suit. I can't seem to remove it or make it transparent as I am ready to save the photo as a jpeg.

Can anyone assist with the removal of the top to bottom dotted lines? It was many steps and saves ago today and I can't seem to get them to be removed.
