Thanks Liegh i will attempt on a few more machines. GarryP i work at a company and part of my role is to use the network deployment software to get the installer to install silent on users machines with all the settings configured and that is what i am using the msi version of the installer for

We're aware of this issue and it seems to be machine specific but you'll find using another machine to create the .MSI should resolve the issue.
