I noticed an issue where Windows UI (I currently have Windows 11) would blink continuously after I tried pasting from within Affinity Designer or Photo. Copying and pasting text doesn't seem to be affected. Just to make sure it's not isolated to Affinity apps, I also tried doing the same in other programs and didn't notice an issue. When the taskbar and windows start blinking, I can barely use my keyboard to type anymore as it seems to jump from one UI element to the next rapidly. The only way I could fix it when it happens was to log out of my user session.
I also tried to reinstall Affinity Designer and then downgraded to an older version but the results were the same.
I did find a fix, however: I enabled "Copy items as SVG" in Preferences and the issue has completely disappeared.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, what could have been the main cause of the issue?
