I'm using a Mac and have tried the Separated Mode (found on the drop down list under window), but I was hoping there was a way to put 2 images in the same window so I could move one over and on top of the other. Maybe that's not possible.

I've trying to beome familiar with Affinity having recently switch from Photoshop. With PS, when I needed a specific color, I typed in a six letter alpha-numeric code within the color swatch dialogue and that gave me the RBG percentages and the exact color. In Affinity, how to I find/select a specific color if I don't have a sample to select from with the Color Picker Tool?

i'm new to Affinity Photo.

I've checked the first 15 FAQ pages re the Artistic Text Tool but can't find an answer to this question: Is there a way to turn off the blue dots / handles at the corner of the tiext tool box. The dots obscure small fonts and/or short entries.
