  1. Hey, thanks for your help. I have been doing everything you are explaining, still not working. Will these plug-ins not work, if I don't have Photoshop? Because I don't have Ps.

  5. Ok, I downloaded some Topaz plug-ins today and they are not installing. I have followed some directions from this site to install them, but they are not going through. I have no clue what else to do. Any help would be appreciated. I do not have PS. Not sure if I need it for them to work.
  6. Thanks. I heard if I don't have PS, those plugins won't work on AP. Any truth to that?
  7. Sorry, I am still a noob when it comes to this. Let's say I am working on a document, I have a transparent background and I would to open an image on a new layer, how would I do that? Whenever I got to File - Open, it opens the image but on a new document. So then what I do is copy the image and paste it onto the original document. I don't want to do that. Is that there a way to open on a image directly on the document I am working on? ALSO. When I copy and paste the image from one document to another, the image is extremely distorted around the edges. Thanks in advance!
  8. Hi Allan, Thanks for you response. I open an image in Affinity Photo. I then want to resize it, so I go to Document - Resize Document - And choose the size I like. But after it resizes, the quality becomes terrible. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? If there is a different way to resize an image, please do share. I'm all ears! Thanks again iRahz
  9. Wow, thanks for the quick response! I will give it a try when I get home. Thanks for your input! :)
  10. I'm new to this and I can't seem to save each layer, so when I want to work on it again, it is there. In Photoshop I would simply save the file as a ".psd" but I don't seem to have that option for this. I'm sure it is a simple answer and would really appreciate anyone that can help me out. Thanks for your time.
