  1. you have to have this. this is really bad, I switched to Affinity after many years of illustrator and I cant believe this feature doesnt exist. this is an essential feature for how I create logo type. is this going to happen or are we doomed to Adobe?
  2. that would be the same old process that I can do anyhow. The point is that using a live feed could enable effortless creation of art made from multiple sketches without loosing focus. at the very least what I would suggest is a way to snap simple shots right into the canvas. like a mini adobe Lightroom right in the program. could work from webcam, scanner or usb camera ( sort of tethered thing). adobe did this as a gimmick in their Ipad photoshop version and I think they abandoned it. but this is exactly what animators have been using for years as in the form of a light-table.
  3. Hello I do not yet use affinity designer, I want to, and I have this question/feature request : Is it possible to inject a live camera feed as a layer and then draw over it? my intention is to create artwork that uses many doodles and sketches and I don't want to scan them all but rather flip a sketchbook under a usb cam and work faster this way. a top layer would be a raster/vector drawing made with a Wacom. this would be a great work flow for me, kind of like using a projector for wall painting or a real light-table where you can lift up your work and put a different sketch under it and then continue working. is this, or will it be possible?
