Affinity (Photo, Publisher, Designer) does not start

Dave Maruska posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

My PC (Windows 10, I7, 8G, Dell) stopped loading, I don't use on daily basis, has stopped operating. I went to start Photo and the splash screen starts and goes away, this was v10.1, I updated to 10.4 with same problem. Dont know what to check next, lots of hard drive space, no other applications running.
