PDF Publishing for File to be Copied
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have an annual report that is a two-page spread, 56 pages, 75 MB. I am going to send it to a company to have several copies made - NOT PRINTED. Should I select a PDF? if yes, which type of PDF should I select? Should "pages" or "all spreads" be selected? Any other suggestions regarding export settings will be greatly appreciated.
