  1. Since posting, I've run V1 and V2 against each other and yes they are not connected. However, it does appear that in V2, changing the setting in the Assistant does not take effect until you close and re-open the RAW file.
  2. Since posting the problem I've realised that changing the RAW tone curve/take no action setting in Affinity 1 (which is still on my Computer), dictates the setting in Affinity 2. Changing the status in Affinity 2 does not make any difference. The WB problem remains.
  3. Changing the Tone Curve option in the Develop Persona make no difference to the RAW file. The WB cannot be changed incrementally, it only be changed with the slider bar.
  4. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I've put the Launcher onto my desktop and it works. I notice that there was a comment that this would need to be reinstalled in each programme for every upgrade. Is this correct?
  5. I hope this is going to be soon,. as my workflow has been seriously impaired. The missing exe file has disable my use of Faststone and Adobe Bridge. I've been a keen user of AP and recommended it to friends, but do not feel I could do so at present. This is disappointing and does not enhance Serifs reputation.
  6. I'm attaching a screen save of AP opening, the splash screen appears, then closes and the app opens (two app icons showing on task bar). It takes 10 - 12 sec for the tools to appear on screen and a few seconds for the first app icon to close.
  7. Since downloading 10.4 the programme is much slower opening. Initially two Affinity Phpto windows open on the task bar, once loaded, the first closes. Running Windows 10 with Intel i7 processor.
