Hi, I have this issue as well. Sometimes the colour pallet in the "Context Toolbar or Character Panel or somewhere in Layer Effects", takes 1 to 2 seconds to appear after clicking the button, at other times it seems completely unresponsive, until it randomly opens after multiple attempts. It has been an issue since I bought it few months ago. I was running Big Sur then. But now I've updated to Monterey, and the issue persists. I hope it can be resolved soon.
