How can I change the color of the vectorized design?

I don't know how to change the color and save it to be used for my designs on Printify.
I vectorized my logo using this https://www.vectorization.org/ and saved as .esp then because Printify doesn't allow me to uploaded it I saved my file on Affinity Designer as .png high resolution and it did work.
I want to be able to change the color of my logo and designs freely. How do I do that?
