[Publisher permanently showing guides]

What you see are outlines of text frames and not guides. Guides are the help lines you drag from the rulers oder the Guides Manager. To hide the outlines, click the Preview Mode button from the top toolbar.

[Publisher permanently showing guides]

I’ve just updated to 1.10.3 and Publisher is now permanently showing guides. I’m using macOS Big Sur 11.6.1.

Can you help?
