[Will my custom photoshop format plugin work in Affinity Photo?]

My company has a custom photoshop plugin X64 that works on Mac and Windows.  The plugin is modeled after the Photoshop SDK plugin SimpleFormat found in the sdk at: adobe_photoshop_sdk_cc_2018_win\pluginsdk\samplecode\format\simpleformat.  The File Format plugin SimpleFormat writes a flat file with merged document pixels.  The format modules are called form the Save, SaveAs and Save a copy Dialog.

We would like to recommend Affinity Photo to our customers if we can get our plugin to work.

We have a custom file format and work in cmyk.  The plugin can convert an RGB 8bit file to CMYK 8bit.

We purchased a copy of Affinity Photo for both Mac and Windows and have tried following the directions to allow Afinity Photo to find the plugin on both platforms.  It does not show up on either platform.

Any feedback is appreciated.  If it will not work, but may in the future, we would like to know.
