    System: Windows 11 (build 22483.rs_prerelease.211015-1431) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti With Enable OpenCL compute acceleration turned ON, when creating or opening a new document, the application shuts down. With Enable OpenCL compute acceleration turned OFF, when creating or opening a new document, no problem.
