I have been trying to get a product key for Affinity Photo which was the first product Affinity brought out,please find attached the correspondence recieved at the time from Serif. I have got every product Serif have published.The one product I now would like to install on my new computer is Affinity Photo if all else fails where to go next to find the elusive key.I might give up and purchase another copy.Thank you forum members for your help [MOD EDIT - file with password removed]

Hi Forum My first forum was to ask how to download Affinity Photo from the replies and generous info,I managed to download Affinity photo.When I open the downloaded programme it asks for the product key.The product key which I have from the original programme which I bought when Affinity first came on the market and now having gone to great lengths to get Affinity back on my computer.Now I cannot use my copy do I have to purchase another programme to be able to use Affinity?. I have done some paper chase to find I what I think is the original email address used at the offset when purchased the original. Any advice or recommendation would be welcome Ashton 13

I purchased Affinity when the product came out, I still have the product key how can I retrieve Affinity photo so I can again start using using the purchased product again.I welcome any advice please
