Added a tool to left hand tool bar and now the bar goes grey with the icons not working. Have hit reset and tried the FAQ , but no luck. Any suggestions to turn the icons back on?

Thank-you Joachim, feel like a dunce. I upgraded and it opened adjusted the tools and did not think it was because I had nothing open. Thank you.
