  1. Some suggestions to improve printing options in the future! #TotalInkAffinitybySerif Loving the Studio link feature, great job Affinity! huge time saver going back and forth different programs. I work with newsletters and newspapers, working with Affinity Publisher, and using the affinity photo is a blast and a time saver. Find myself switching to the photo persona channels palette to check 100% black copy text by turning off the K channel. The only thing that still ties me to adobe is acrobat pro for the ability to see fast what images I need to fix when checking the Total ink areas. Scenario: Imagine working with a client switching numerous photos back and forth, in order to check numerous pages and find what images have a Total Area Coverage of 240% is still time-consuming. (saving a pdf and opening acrobat pro using print production output preview checking the pdf for images I missed gets redundant after multiple proofs) If you incorporate this feature, I believe it is a good sales pitch for a killer feature for Studio Link. I can imagine already the numerous hours I save, Took some time to create a sample mock of how the feature could be implemented by using features you already have (info palette) and adding them to the channel palette. the only thing missing is a graphical sample view as adobe acrobat uses to highlight areas that go over a specific Tac. Thanks for your time and looking forward to seeing this feature implemented, whether you use my suggestions or improve on them!
  2. Come on Affinity here is some suggestions to improve printing options in the future! #TotalInkAffinitybySerif makes sense to add feature to affinity photo and add it to the channels palette as in image attached. clickable option with option to see total ink areas of the image based on limit in example (240). I work on newspapers designs and already appreciate the Studio link feature, its easy to activate the photo persona select channels palette, turn off black channel and easily see what copy text is rich black and 100% black. Only thing that would help me stop paying for adobe acrobat pro is the Total ink Area feature. I bet if you guys add this feature lots of other designers will consider getting Studio pack!
  3. I'm a new fan of Affinity (a long-time ex adobe customer). I recently needed to create an individual pages pdf from a multipage document and found it easy by using the export persona feature available in designer and photo. All you need is a multipage pdf. Open it in affinity photo or designer and use the export persona feature. I created a how-to tutorial for this since many designers/users will probably want to know. https://youtu.be/k2eH1IDg1uI
