Publisher 1.9.0 hangs when changing Text Wrap settings

Was this issue resolved? I'm seeing it in 1.10.1.1142. Work-around? -
Any work-around or fix for this? I'm seeing it, too. My 70-page, mostly text document crashes every few minutes when I have to shift pictures around between columns. I've put off this step to do other things but now I need to get this done.
