ok, that is hopw they are supposed to be to keep things separate. its an address directory

the text is left to right, top to bottom. It is designed with tabs...or maybe I am not understanding what you are saying.

its so very strange because it is all one text block in indesign

I am opening a pdf that I designed in indesign. When I open it, each line is in a separate text block. I need to do alot of changes. Is there a way to combine all the text blocks to one? It was designed that way in indesign. Thank you
