this takes a 4000x 4000 image and turn it into a seamless tiles texture 8000x 8000 real quick
the 8000 x 8000 is lossless the highest quality images because your not enlarging the images your multiply duplicating them.
other methods i seen where time consuming by cloning over the seams or in-painting the seams.
