Hi NathanC, your suggestion was the solution to this issue! Deleting the Workspaces directory did not bring the desired success. However, renaming the Designer directory was the solution. Thanks for all your comments! After I switched from 2.0 to 2.1.0, I added a preset under Window->Studio. After that the problem occurred. That's why I uninstalled all programs from Affinity. The corresponding directories, as mentioned by Red, I also deleted. After that I deleted all entries of Affinity and serif in the registry. Computer was restarted and then AD was reinstalled. The behavior of AD is exactly as described. The installer of AD cannot have taken over any data from the old system, everything was deleted. It is very strange. I will try it on another PC.

The program starts and waits for an input. Only after I click into the Designer interface it closes automatically. I did not try to change the language when I started the installation.

Yes it's Win 11. The Installation Type of all three programs are affinity-xxx-msi-2.1.0.exe

Uninstalling the program and deleting the various keys in the registry and reinstalling it could not solve the problem. What can I do?
