[Importing / Exporting .TGA files?]

I need to export tga files to iracing. You can customize your driver, car with it.

"To view a custom paint scheme you created in the 
iRacing simulator, you should place a 24 bit TGA 
with RLE compression enabled in the folder matching 
the car you designed it for. "

Is there a way to achive this in Photo or Designer?

Same issue here and I cant find the Use ⇧ modifier to cycle tools setting. Is this still in beta? afther more then 1 year?
