  1. 1. Publisher was updated to the most recent version when I launched the program.

    2. The crash is reproduced every time the software is launched. It does not stay open for more than a few seconds.

    3. It happens for both new and existing documents.

    • Windows 10 Home
    • Hardware Acceleration is off.
    • I expected the updated version to run.
    • I allowed the software to be updated.
    • Not sure how a to take a screenshot of a software crash.
    • No unusual hardware
    • The version currently installed is 1.8.5.703. This one does work. I have tried updating several times since purchasing the software. They all have crashed, including updated versions of Photo and Designer. I am using version 1.8.5.703 for them as well.
