Publisher 1.10.1 — 2 problems detected with the guides:
1 - The guides that existed in my documents created with previous versions of Publisher, disappear when I open those documents in version 1.10.1.
2 - Despite being able to create guides through the Guides Manager, they are still not visible in the document.

Problem solved. Quit and restart Publisher after update and Guides are back again.
