    Problem solved. Quit and restart Publisher after update and Guides are back again.

    Publisher 1.10.1 — 2 problems detected with the guides: 1 - The guides that existed in my documents created with previous versions of Publisher, disappear when I open those documents in version 1.10.1. 2 - Despite being able to create guides through the Guides Manager, they are still not visible in the document.
